Lifetime Warranty

Our products are designed to last the test of time. We use stainless-steel wire baskets to maximise durability, ensuring they are a perfect solution for all damp storage areas: cupboards or under sink in kitchen, laundry, bathroom and other areas such as RVs, boats and tiny homes. The possibilities are endless.

Stainless Steel Wire Baskets

• Our lifetime warranty is against rust and any spot weld breakages of baskets. 
• Our stainless-steel wire is chrome plated for easy cleaning and shine.
• Electro-polishing - if needed for special applications, please contact us.  
• Be aware that some products, e.g. moving corner solutions, may use brass.

Slides

• Unless stated otherwise, all slides are zinc plated in accordance with industry standards.
• We offer a lifetime warranty on slide function only.
• Our warranty does not cover surface corrosion, or corrosion affecting the inner working members of the slides.
• Warranty of slides will not be covered if storage was over the recommended capacity weight.
• Warranties on stainless steel slides will be in accordance with the supplier, to be advised at the time of quoting.

Moving Parts/Components

• Some products are made with a combination of materials, e.g. frames and some moving components. Where there is a valid warranty claim we will supply replacement parts and delivery.
• Be aware that parts which are not wire are unlikely to be stainless steel.
• Lazy Susan poles are a stainless-steel tube. 
• Warranty only covers the product and excludes labour/installation. 
• Unless stated otherwise, screws and fittings are not stainless steel.

PRODUCT CARE

Wire Baskets 

• Clean our stainless-steel wire baskets by simply wiping with warm soapy water then wiping dry.

Slides

• It is important that slides avoid contact with water and other corrosive materials.Clean our stainless-steel wire baskets by simply wiping with warm soapy water then wiping dry.
• Keep zinc plated slides dry to avoid rusting. 
• Be aware that our warranty covers the slide function only. 
• For general cleaning wipe down the slides with a damp cloth only then dry completely. 

Laundry Bags – Canvas & Calico

• Canvas bags must be cold washed only, do NOT tumble dry.
• Calico bags must not hold heavy, wet items such as towels as these may change the bag’s shape over time. 
• Our canvas and calico laundry bags are not covered by our lifetime warranty.

INSTALLATION SERVICES

• Installers are subcontactors and work carried out is done under their licenses and workmanship warranties.
• TANSEL takes no responsibility to work done by contractors within the TANSEL network of installers or those of the customers choice.
• TANSEL warranties extend to the product only.
